The Department has been following the procedure laid down in the Government
of Sikkim (Allocation of Business) Rules, 1994, Services Rules, Sikkim Financial
Rules, Office manual, Office procedure and Orders issued by Government from time
to time while processing files for obtaining decisions/approval from concerned authority.
