The Government of Sikkim under the dynamic leadership of Dr. Pawan Chamling, Hon'ble Chief Minister has been giving top most priority to Information Technology, which he always mentions as one of the main segments to be adopted for Human Resource Development. With such inspiring adage and encouragement, the Department of Cultural Affairs & Heritage has created a landmark by launching their own web portal. I am extremely happy to inform that after a long gap the people from all over the world can now see and hear the cultural dance as well as the original sound of ethnic musical instruments of Sikkim which are worth seeing. Some of the old photographs which are also available in the website would rejuvenate the old memories.

Lastly, I would like to extend my heartiest congratulations to the Department for developing the web portal.
